[FT] Spoiler Zone!
I guess I have to do two types of rides for my arabians either way, so it doesn't really matter.

The whole site is COMPLETELY different and navigation will have some to do a few face plants. This is worrisome. I know that the new ride system will be an adjustment, but it's gonna take a while to get used to the new changes. |
This is worrisome. I know that the new ride system will be an adjustment, but it's gonna take a while to get used to the new changes. I think this is why there is no BC or anything other than the Christmas promo in Dec. It will take a bit to get used to and the heading along the top are very much different. You will have to check each drop down to locate your favorite haunts. I strongly suggest you do a little sleuthing before posting here as I can see people saying "where is ???" and "where is ????" Take your time to look around.

You'll always get the "what's this? where's that?" type of questions. Gotta love human nature.
|
But what about horses that need mountain and forest rides to bold? How do we 'switch' ECs! You can still do all three rides types no matter what EC your horse is in. However, if the EC location matches the type of ride you are completing with your horse then you complete those rides twice as fast. So it's like an EC matching bonus
|
Do you know if there is going to be a search option to search for a specific location that an EC is located on?
|
I'm already anticipating the floods of "where is x" in the game play forum tomorrow
|
Do you know if there is going to be a search option to search for a specific location that an EC is located on? Here I took a screen shot (is this what you were asking?) Click to display
|
Here is what the new menus will look like for anyone curious ^_^ (I've opened all the tabs up and pasted them into the same image so you can see what is in them )
Click to display

Thanks for the screenshoys Ruby~ am I the only one a little scared of the new tabs?? Now I will actually have to read for where they are... also the Ec boarding page looks easy to understand..
Slowly getting use to the new updates but still annoyed at them if that makes sense???
|
Yep, that is what I was wondering. Thanks Ruby~ still not looking forward to the
Click to display EC and Breeders reserve merging as I have mentioned several times and will continue to do so on my page when I decide not to be lazy.
|
Thanks for your post sarahope78. Reading it finally clicked in my brain that once it happens my vet fees will more than double and my Uni breed time was set for after the update! My brain is really slow since exams finished

Okay so when will the new update start?
When will the magic ride start? |
By Retired breeder, 1st December 2014 22:52:58
Thanks ruby~ for helping me grasp the new rides.
So technically horses ding stamina dressage and jump still get all their skills bolded twice as fast as they have mountain rides, But whereas a Nokota needs 2 different so will be slower I understand now. Also ruby is the Lipizzaner breed for sure coming? When will it arrive? Is I better than an Irish hunter for reining? Sorry to fire questions this early in the day |

Also ruby is the Lipizzaner breed for sure coming? When will it arrive? Is I better than an Irish hunter for reining? Actually. mountain rides give out stamina, dressage, and trot, so the XC breeds will now need 2 rides for BLUP'ing. Nokota's have always needed 2 types of rides anyways, so that's nothing new. Just about every breed will now require 2 rides, unless you have a cross bred that has a funky skill set that only needs 1 type of new ride. Yes, Lipizzaners are confirmed. Their skill set is identical to that of the Hunters, but they aren't really "better" than them. That largely depends on how well they were trained, bonuses, so on and so forth. |

Oops, messed up on the new rides. The forest rides give out jumping and dressage, and speed, whereas mountain rides give stamina, trot, and gallop.

The feeling is mutual Mesotablar, because of YOUR post, it finally clicked in my head how much getting a pass with equus from your reserve is going to be, please, please howrse, cap the amount of money it can get up to.

Just noticed that, now its bothering me. You have started my night mares of overlapping tabs and drop down options.
|
But if you took a screenshot of all the tabs now and edited them all together they would overlap anyway.
|
True, I didn't think about that, thanks for that cle0004, your post helped me out there.

Mmm not if you edited them a little bit or modify whatever the word is
