The relief is tangible on the INT server. -rolls eyes- I hate how admins seem to give such preferential treatment to that server, to the point where they neglect the other ones. Ah well. I suppose that's what happens when people pay you a lot of money.
|
Well, that is the one with the most players and the most problems with players. The Admins are trying the hardest.

I suppose that's what happens when people pay you a lot of money. Many of the people on the test server where this was posted are on other servers. I am for example. When we protest on the test server ( there are 194 "protests" there) we protest for ALL servers, not just the International one. OW wrote that message only 5 hours ago so this is very very recent news. OW also wrote this regarding replacing the item removed from the Vintage pack.. <<<By Ow, 21st November 2014 09:14:17 We are removing the packs and working on something sightly different thou shall see soon and i think you' ll also approve of it .>>> So we now have a mystery item in that pack that OW thinks will be something we will all like. AND just so you know this server is the FIRST to get the above bit of information.

Well, that is the one with the most players and the most problems with players. The Admins are trying the hardest. I get that. My first post was posted in bitterness, and I was kinda mad at the cat for waking me up in the middle of the night (silly kitty). |
I was kinda mad at the cat for waking me up in the middle of the night (silly kitty). You can have my Siamese for a day. I don't want to be near you for that day though, you might throw things.

When are the EC locations coming? And when is the christmas promo arriving?
|
By Retired breeder, 22nd November 2014 12:34:18
Click to display Looks like there'll be a new breed up for grabs during the Christmas event - Lipizzaners! Actually they're not Lipizzaners, They're brining Lippizans and haflingers. Both good in reining and better than Icelandic horses. Haflinger has amazing dressage |
By Retired breeder, 22nd November 2014 12:38:12
Click to display According to a mod on the INT server, we're getting both Lipizzaners AND Halflingers for the Christmas promo! So, start saving up your passes Yes! Thankyou someone who knows aswell as me I'm from the UK server and very well ranked, we found on via the test server and they have amazing dressage and can beat Icelandic horse teams |

What's wrong with the Icey's? I think they're a wonderful breed.
Getting even more stoked about the Lipizzaner's arrival! |
By Retired breeder, 22nd November 2014 18:50:15
You know what would be cool if the Lippizaners were introduced? Well they are but it would be cool if we could like teach them to do that special trick of theirs where they jump up and kick their hind legs i love that sooo much! And then there could be dancing competitions... The lusitanos could do it to. It's probably not going to happen but it would be very cool
|
By Retired breeder, 23rd November 2014 01:39:32
Yeah i think a haute ecole idea reserved for lipizzaner's would be brilliant .. maybe you train them in the movements individually too, like levade then pesade, then courbette, then finally the capriole ! That would be great
|
By Retired breeder, 23rd November 2014 21:52:54
So what's the Lipizzaner gon a look like? hopefully something we'll all like!
|
By Retired breeder, 23rd November 2014 21:55:56

By Retired breeder, 24th November 2014 03:24:08
Click to display The coats for the Prehistoric horses are up on the US server; sorry I'm lame and don't know how to post the images on here. I quite like them though, and it's nice to see Howrse incorporate the evolution of the Horse into the game. |

I the new Divines!
They're so beautiful |
I did a little research on every one of them and this is what I found, well, except for the supposed forest horse, I put the descriptions I found in spoiler banners as I don't want my post censored in case it was supposed to be in one, better safe than sorry they say :
Hyracotherium: Click to display Hyracotherium (/ˌhaɪərəkɵˈθɪəriəm/ HY-rək-o-THEER-ee-əm; "hyrax-like beast") is an extinct genus of very small (about 60 cm in length) perissodactyl ungulates which was found in the London Clay formation. This small, dog-sized animal was once considered to be the earliest known member of Equidae before the type species, H. leporinum, was reclassified as a palaeothere, a perissodactyl family basal to both horses and brontotheres. The remaining species are now thought to belong to different genera, such as Eohippus, which had previously been synonymised with Hyracotherium. Hipparion: Click to display Hipparion (Greek, "pony") is an extinct genus of horse living in North America, Asia, Europe, and Africa during the Miocene through Pleistocene ~23 Mya—781,000 years ago, existing for 22 million years. Its habitat or biome would be that of non-forested, grassy plains, shortgrass prairie or steppes. Hipparion was named by de Christol (1832) with it assigned the type European H. prostylum. It was assigned to Equidae by de Christol (1832), Thurmond and Jones (1981) and Carroll (1988); and to Hipparionini by MacFadden (1998).[ Tarpan: Click to display he Tarpan (Equus ferus ferus), also known as Eurasian wild horse, is an extinct subspecies of wild horse. The last individual believed to be of this subspecies died in captivity in Russia in 1909, although some sources claim that it was not a genuine wild horse due to its resemblance to domesticated horses. Beginning in the 1930s, several attempts were made to develop horses that looked like Tarpans through selective breeding, called "breeding back" by advocates. The breeds that resulted included the Heck horse, the Hegardt or Stroebel's horse, and a derivation of the Konik breed, all of which have a primitive appearance, particularly in having the grullo coat color. Some of these horses are now commercially promoted as "Tarpans." However, those who study the history of the ancient wild horse assert that the word "Tarpan" only describes the true wild horse. Hippidion: Click to display Hippidion (meaning little horse) was a horse that lived in South America during the Pleistocene epoch, between two million and 10,000 years ago. All resources are from Wikipedia, not sure if anyone posted any info about any of the horses and I know I'm not the only one curious about the background history if the divine horses that Howrse bring into the game.
