I am a bit confused... Click to display Is the Water Element going to replace the 5th Element water coat? And what happens if you have a horse which already has the 5th element water coat? So Tangaroa basically gives you the water coat from the 5th element? (Sorry if I am missing anything exceedingly obvious) Click to display As far as I can tell it just seems like a way to give a horse the water coat without having to leave it up to random chance using the 5th element. - which will be useful for Grand Prix horses and people trying to complete their collection

Bahaha the this is going to be funny These people seem to know next to nothing about
Click to display Māori Click to display Mana is the Māori version of Karma And you defiantly don't get it by raiding turtle nests Infect you're more likely to loose karma since turtles were (we've lost much of our culture now) held in high regard by Polynesian societies and as for hei-tiki They were made of Pounamu (greenstone found on the shores in the south island) or bone (of creatures that have spiritual value or the persons ancestor) so not made out of mere shell and are often family relic hand caved from pure stone BUT since we believed we were descended from Gods then they are a pretty big deal and are used to protect spiritually annnd more Tangaroa is one of the great gods more specifically the god of the sea. He is a son of Ranginui and Papatuanuku, Sky and Earth though some say he is the husband of Papatūānuku and a rival of Ranginui But What he isn't is a dolphin-horse Also I should mention only heitiki are the tiki worn around the neck and howrse should specify that since they are not talking of a huge caved bit of wood |

Yeah it.. Hmm.. It's fine.. the whole culture is in ruin and it has been ever since the treaty which we accepted because the culture was corrupted by cannibalism and war That was a while ago now and the little knowledge still left of what NZ was before is so marginal that no one can blame them for getting it wrong
I'd just rather that people forget about us then misunderstand |
Maybe it's a hint that they have too many Divines, even since the opening of the AU server. Howrse needs a reform, and it shouldn't be dumbing down the game for newbies. I mean, the trick-or-treat promo is one of the newest promos, and I'm pretty sure that was still as far as 2 Halloweens ago.

Yes defiantly too many divines And it seems they are intent on introducing a new one every few weeks as well as having prices seeming to go consistently higher.. I'm sick of divines and new items and new features that make more problems then they fix
I don't even want to know about new events any more I'm now just waiting for when they stop doing useless stuff Howrse is frustrating now If it wasn't for the community I'd be gone already |

Whilst I agree with all of you
Click to display Please bear in mind it will only be very loosely based on the culture, and comes down to interpretation. Concerns about insensitivity have already been pointed out to the team

does anyone know if there will be another opportunity to buy card packs for the current event?
|
special offers when they are available for any event (in this case the card packs) seem to always come out around the middle of the event and again for the last few days, which is normally a weekend. Every event I can remember has had the release of help packs twice, and the help was ALWAYS available on the last day of the event for certain.

awesome thanks, a bit more time to gather a few more gems instead of passes lol

Please discuss features already on the game in their appropriate topic
Thanks

Perks
Click to display Caryopsis belongs to the horses of the vegetable kingdom. It can be sprinkled instead of being watered. Its skills increase when you give him droppings. The amount of skills depends on the quantity of droppings given, but also on the season on the play. When it reaches 80 skill points, it can be pruned. Its skill level then restart at to 0, but it offers you one pass seed! This mare cannot be sold.

To flesh out the above post, a repost of my own post over on UK version:
The newest promotion: Click to display The Great Challenge is making a comeback, but instead of the lottery we all know, we will be getting the Derby instead. The amount of horseshoes earned in the GC will determine how many races can be run per day in the Derby. Of course, players can work on daily objectives to earn horseshoes, and this will determine each players' access to HOP offers once the Derby begins: By the way, I say that the divine will be in the horns of plenty. 5 horns of plenty = 6 (from 40 irons) 4 horns of plenty= 5 (from 80 irons) 3 horns of plenty= 4 (from 115 irons) 2 horns of plenty= 3 (from 145 irons) The next Divine, the newest of the Plant Kingdom Divines: Click to display "Caryopsis is one of the Plant Kingdom horses. She can be watered instead of drinking. This horse's skills increase when you give them Droppings. The skills increase depends on the amount of Droppings the horse is given, as well as the season in the game. When she reaches 80 skill points, she can be pruned. Her skills will then be reset to 0, but she'll give you 1 x Pass Seed! This mare cannot be sold." New page feature for Divine families: Click to display A new page for special horses! Discover the page of special horses We have just created a new page bringing together all the families of special horses of the game. It gives an overview of all the families that exist and allows to access the dedicated page of each one. This page aims to highlight the divine horses but also to allow you to see them at a glance, or even to discover new ones that you did not know before. So you will not need to go to Ow or other players to find information about a specific divine horse. This page allows you to find it much more easily. You already know the pages for Maori, The horses of Etria, the horses of the Plant Kingdom, the Celts, the Egyptians, the Zodiacs and the Legendaries. For the launching of the page of divine families, we have created a page for the Wind Divines and for the Wilds. Other families will follow soon. Go directly to the page of special horses page via the menu "Exploits" or by clicking here. More information as it becomes available |

Click to display Wish the lottery would come back thats the only way players and myself get to stock up do you know what prizes will be offered in the derby? Click to display The Derby is actually not being tested yet as testing just ended for the Tangaroa/Celebrations promotion so no clue on prizes as of yet. However, this Derby does NOT replace the lottery and they will alternate in future. Furthermore, Calypsow has written to clarify that this Derby is not exactly the same as the Championship events we have had in the past. Rather than the mini games involving pleating a horse's mane, grooming etc we've had in the past you partake in what seems like a funfair game; you throw balls and the pit it lands in is random, however each pit corresponds to the amount of paces you can make in the race at the end of the mini game. For example, one pit may be labeled +5 and that adds 5 paces to the total amount of paces you can make in that particular race. You may skip this process altogether and just chose to race, and you get a random result. As I have mentioned before, there may be up to 4 races a day depending on the amount of irons the community collects during the Great Challenge period. |
