If you’re unsure what to include, the following are very helpful to the team:
- What are you experiencing?
- Where on Howrse are you experiencing the issue?
- Are you receiving an error message?
- When did the issue start? Please include the date, time, and your timezone.
- What version of Howrse are you playing on, Classic or Mobile?
- Are you using mobile data or WiFi?
- Screenshots of issues, error messages, etc.

I experienced game performance issues recently and there was no effort whatsoever made by your team to look into the issue on my behalf, as usual the first reaction from the team is to blame the players. So why would we bother reporting anything when this is the response we receive?

Thank you for your report.

Usually, latency is caused by something between the player and our servers. This may be something on the player's end, such as a browser extension, or trouble with their internet provider. It can also be one of the many stops between the player's device and our servers. If a large enough network is down, it can affect systems all over the internet. When latency becomes an issue, we recommend trying to narrow down the possible causes by turning off all browser extensions. We often find that adblockers or other communication-heavy browser extensions can cause problems if the connections to their servers experience a slowdown.
