Really?

I experienced game performance issues recently and there was no effort whatsoever made by your team to look into the issue on my behalf, as usual the first reaction from the team is to blame the players. So why would we bother reporting anything when this is the response we receive?

Thank you for your report.

Usually, latency is caused by something between the player and our servers. This may be something on the player's end, such as a browser extension, or trouble with their internet provider. It can also be one of the many stops between the player's device and our servers. If a large enough network is down, it can affect systems all over the internet. When latency becomes an issue, we recommend trying to narrow down the possible causes by turning off all browser extensions. We often find that adblockers or other communication-heavy browser extensions can cause problems if the connections to their servers experience a slowdown.

Ive sent a ticket about this but saying it here as well,

The fountain is not being featured on my game. I know I deserve the fountain as I scored in the top 100 in the Grand Prix.

I can no longer do any training as I depend on having the fountain to advance my horses training.

I checked on my game on the UK version and it is happening over there as well. So a game wide fault.

Please hurry up and fix this!!!

same here huey, couldn't work out why my divines weren't getting their full points, then noticed my fountain was gone, checked the Grand prix and Fridays Barrels and Gallop results have now disappeared yet the weekly rankings are visable.

Big impact on my game, this must be fixed quickly.
A small gesture of compensation is in order l think.

The fountain bug should be resolved by now.

I now have the water fountain back but I would like to add some comments about the Grand Prix.

I think the Grand Prix needs an overhaul in the prizes. Not having the water fountain for a few days made me realise what a little thing that is. Put an extra stroke on a horse and you are within 5 or 6 points having a fountain. The fountain is only really useful in early training/rides of horses and some divines, once blupped it is of no use what so ever. So all the expense, time and effort of producing GP horses entering 8 horses everyday just to get into the top 100 and get the fountain I have realised is a waste of my time and money.

Having prize money for GP best horses for 1 to 3 is fine but why oh why is 4th only a set of studs, worth about 40K equus, and the same people win every day and every week (no offence to those hard workers). While the people who buy from the top players and then spend big on BMI's to produce GP horses and enter the GP everyday and get in the top 10 or top 100 get no prize or benefit except the fountain.

I propose that the top 100 in the GP weeks end should get BMI prizes as well as the fountain.
Example would be top 100 entrants get an Achilles Heel, top 20 also get Nyx pack, top 5 also get a Cloud Pack.

I agree with the need for compensation for the missing fountain.
It greatly affects the training and entry into comps etc.

I 100% agree, it's more than overdue a massive overhaul and upgrade. Well over 300+, sometimes almost 400 entrants for each GP race everyday and only 5 actually win a prize, not good enough. It is a very costly exercise to create a skiller and l believe more players should be rewarded for their effort. Receiving the fountain at the end of the week just doesn't cut it. I think huey has come up with a fair solution that should be implemented asap

Is there an ageing point issue today. I had the objective to find an ageing point.

I have the shenma bonus so have a bigger chance of finding one. I aged one horse 5 years and I still have not found oneplus a number of other horses too.

I am very confused?

Just to clarify all horse have a croesus fortune as well. I have swopped out my objective

lyndas, I always find that when one of my objectives is to find an ageing point, my horses suddenly become reticent

Once again the pages are taking more than 20 mins to load or they just come up with an error page saying 'Howrse took too long to respond'
This happened a week or two ago and nothing at all was done about it, wasn't even acknowledged by the Howrse team.
JUst wondering when are you going to fix this game so it performs as it should?
