Does anybody know the next Promo ? Or the Great Challenge
Well, according to star!!

Click to display
There have been rumors that the divines will be released in a Potions Promo near Halloween which is like next month. And how we only have like 1 promo that isn't the lottery every once in a while, if star!! is correct, the Potions Promo will most likely be the next one.
Also, I was replying to the post above me.

There is currently speculation that the water divines will be offered up in the sales soon. This is probably just a rumor though.

Also, there's word that whilst there is probably going to be a Halloween promotion, it could actually be the cursed sands. Most people on the other servers though believe the more likely is potions.
By Retired breeder, 27th September 2014 22:36:27
Ooh, please let the Water Divines be released next!!! They're probably my favorite series of Divines.

Someone from the French server, who has access to the current test server, wrote on the French spoiler thread....

...that the names for the 'Seal of the Apocalypse' coats will be changed to their Latin equivalents so people are not directly reminded of 'gruesome' parts of our world. Just recently there was a lot of debate on the International server in particular over how appropriate the coats were. It seems there was a bit of a compromise.

As it appears today, the names shall be Bellum (war), Mors (death), Fames (famine) and Pestilentia (pestilence/plague/epidemic).

Seriously though? What was wrong with the original names? Heck, there are tons of apocalypse-ish backgrounds and GA coats on here already; I once named a horse Hellfyre because of his coat/BG combo. Yes, this game is targeted primarily for kids, but let's be real here. It seems like majority of players on here fall into the tween age (11-12) to adults, with a few younger kids here and there (that I'm aware of, at least). And, seeing as how certain monotheistic religions are so wide-spread, they're probably going to be exposed to the idea of the apocalypse from an early age. I'm not seeing how this is an issue.

Yes, I was having a read on the INTL sever spoiler zone topic, and a lot of people thought it was too gruesome or "scary" for younger children.

I, personally, don't have a problem with them. I actually quite like them. If any one has a problem with their names, couldn't they change them like you can with fifth element horses? default smiley ;)

I liked the old names, there was nothing wrong with them, but "Plauge" does sound prettier in Latin.default smiley :)

No point on changing them.. Were exposed to the "World Wide Issues" daily.. Younger children already know about whats going on in this world. they have access to internet, and to walk around by them selves to places ect. They will find out sooner than later. I personally have no problem with them, if players are worried about the "younger" children they should just not make the coats than..

Alrighty. So, the International test server has opened up and their spoiler threads were flooded overnight.

Click to display
It's been found that 'Pestilentia's' foals can actually also pass down the coat as well. So you could have a very long line of Pestilentias. Also, if the foals are twins, they could both get the coat. If one does, then the other will have it too.

Also regarding the other changes coming in this month's update - there's a new privallege called the Breeder's Wealth Privelledge.

Due to the description, it seems that it's not just beginner players who get it.

Backing up this theory, here's an excerpt from a topic posted by MeOw (just in case you're curious, I'll post the full posts below) from the test server's events thread:

"You don’t need to look for a job any longer.
Therefore you don’t get paid a salary
As a replacement, each player receives a Wealth Privilege that offers 100 equus per day."

I'm not sure that's quite big enough, seeing as the reserves are merging (although just to clear things up - they aren't merging this update). Ahh well, at least they're nice enough to give us something!

A new black market item is added to the Customization category: the Seal of the Apocalypse.

This item works the same way as the bewitched pumpkin:

-It can't be bought with passes unless an event tied to this item is active.
-When this is the case, the price for this item is 2 passes.
-It can be traded on the item exchange
-It can be given to horses as young as 18 months old
-It can be given to horses, ponies, pegasus, unicorns and winged unicorns
-It can't be given to donkeys, divine or wild horses
-It can't be combined with other special coat items (it overwrites the previous item)
-It gives a +5 bonus to each horse skill

Each coat is animated.

As the director of an equestrian centre you can manage the tack and food that you offer your boarders.

On your office page, a table lists all the things that can be offered to your boarders as well as how much you have left in your inventory.

The minimal required amount to offer tack or food to your boarders is shown in a bubble when you hover your mouse of each item. From the moment you have enough stock you can chose what you wish to make available to your boarders.

If your stock of items becomes insufficient due to the consumption of your boarders, their availability is automatically disabled. Make sure to keep an eye on your stocks!

Check out your Equestrian centre’s office page.

As equestrian centres can now offer a multitude of services to their boarders to improve their comfort or make substantial savings on their expenses, it is only logical to increase the boarding fees.

The minimal fee for a day in an equestrian centre is 20 equus. The maximum price is 200 equus. Up to you to offer rates that correspond to what you are offering to your boarders.

If your rates are too high compared to the benefits you offer, your equestrian centre will remain empty. If your rates are too low compared to those same benefits you may have your boxes full of boarders but empty pockets.

On top of selecting a maximum boarding length, as equestrian centre director, you must also determine a minimal length. This minimal length is set to three days as a default, except if you have defined a maximum boarding length of a single day. (If you have spring and the VIP account).

Check out your Equestrian centre’s office page to make the necessary modifications.

The jobs are removed to make a little bit of space for new features.

Here is what it implies on the breeder’s side :

You don’t need to look for a job any longer.
Therefore you don’t get paid a salary
As a replacement, each player receives a Wealth Privilege that offers 100 equus per day.

Here is what it implies on the equestrian centre’s side :

You can't hire players as employees anymore and they don’t count for the prestige any longer either.

Bedding changes itself as long as you have enough bedding (Thank you invisigroom!)
The tack made available by the equestrian centre depend on the stock in the inventory
The price of lessons is exclusively based on the boarders’ prestige.

The quality of the boxes and their bedding, as well as having an impact on the prestige, provides certain advantages to the horses that board with you.

Boxes

The quality of the boxes of your Equestrian Centre influences the morale of your horse when he wakes up; the better the quality of a box, the better your horse’s morale in the morning.

A horse put to bed at 22:00 at most twill wake up with:
- +1 of moral compared to the previous day with a maximum of 90% if he slept in a 1* box
- +2 of moral compared to the previous day with a maximum of 95% if he slept in a 2** box
- +3 of moral compared to the previous day with a maximum of 100% if he slept in a 3*** box

The penalty a horse receives when he is put to bed after 22:00 is smaller if the box is of higher quality.

Bedding

The notion of cleanliness is removed from the game. On the other hand, the quality of box bedding gives an energy
Advantage and will influence the loss of morale when a horse spends time in his box.

For instance flax bedding will give more energy and will make your horse lose less morale than straw bedding when he spends time in his box. If the box doesn’t have bedding (because the EC is out of stock_, he’ll win very little energy and will lose a lot of morale.

Woodchip bedding is removed. If you had any in stock in your inventory or in your boxes, they will be replaced with straw bedding.

To make this simpler to access and easier to manage, the interface of the box page has been reviewed and merged with the boarder’s page.

The prestige for equestrian centres is reviewed in detail to fit the new features and to be simpler to understand. We also introduce a comfort rating.

The comfort rating

An important element of equestrian centres’ prestige is the comfort rating. It takes into account the various elements that can provide comfort to a horse and the make your EC an enjoyable place to live for your boarders.

Here is the constrained list:

• The size of the boxes
• The quality of the bedding
• The presence of improvements in each box ; for the moment the only one is the shower.

• The availability of food for your boarders:
- Fodder
- Oats
- Carrots
- Mashes

• The availability of tack for your boarders, as well as it’s quality.
- Saddles
- Bridles
- Saddle pads
- Polo wraps
- Bonnet

This tack has to be bought in the Equestrian centre store for the moment. Later you will be able to produce it in your equestrian centre.

The Prestige

The global prestige of the equestrian centre depends on various sub-prestige ratings.

• The comfort rating.

• Meadow prestige which groups:
- Meadow fertility
- Meadow size

• The equestrian centre’s capacity prestige:
- The number of boxes, with an optimum amount of 100.
- The occupancy level, with an optimum amount of 50% occupied boxes. An occupied box is a box that contains a horse at the moment of the daily update.

• The boarder prestige that is based on the level of each horse’s best skill compared to the best horse on the game in that specific skill.

• The prestige of the equestrian centres’ competitions that depends on the skill level of the horses that register in your competitions.

Divine horses count for the occupancy level for the boxes; however they don’t count for the boarder’s prestige.

The prestige for lessons disappears. From now on the prices of lessons and the skill gains they offer depend directly on the boarder’s prestige. The total prestige of the equestrian centre doesn’t count for them any longer.

We invite you to go to your equestrian centre’s office page to learn more and discover a few indications that will help you bring improvements to your equestrian centre.

Also said on the INT server, the Seal of Apocalypse will be in the Titans Challenge. Also, hoping this works, the Plague foal will look like this:
Also, another post made people notice there is blue outlining on the foals legs. But then another post said it may be light reflecting off bandages. Also, I just got this from the INT server, its not mine.

Has anyone heard anything about the new ' work horses ' that are getting released?
By Retired breeder, 2nd October 2014 02:00:21
Yeah, @Serenity. Isn't it draught horses or something along that line? I think it is used for the new EC changes, like carrying logs (wood) from the forest, and that sort. default smiley ;) Still haven't heard much more though.default smiley (d)

Nothing more to add. They are not part of the current testing. I don't believe they will be breedable, competitive type horses but again no info is available yet.

Coming Mid November

Click to display
The next phase

Deployment is scheduled for mid November.
Equestrian center and breeder inventories and reserves have been merged

The equestrian center reserve is added to the breeder's reserve.
Equestrian center and breeder inventories are merged: duplicate items are stacked.
Equestrian center and breeder stores are merged.
It is no longer possible to delete an equestrian center without deleting or resetting your account.
The equestrian center wealth ranking no longer serves a purpose and will be replaced by something else.

Browsing changes

A Trade menu has been added. It will contain horse sales, the store...
The Profile menu is removed. The information it contained has been transferred to other menus.
The Rankings menu is now called Accomplishments. It also shows the trophies you won.

Boarding registration

Your horse must be boarded in order to perform actions with it.
Unless it has a Hypnos' Blanket.

Mountains, beaches and forests have been added

You will have 30 days to pick a location for your equestrian center: mountain, beach or forest.
You will have the option of changing your mind and picking a new location with the next update. The location will then be final.

Ride changes

Existing rides are replaced with mountain and forest rides.
These rides will increase three complementary skills. Speed, Gallop and Trot for forest rides - Stamina, Dressage and Jumping for mountain rides.
Short and long rides are removed. You can ride for 30 minutes in the mountains and improve stamina, or ride for 2 hours in the forest and improve speed. Both types of ride will consume the same amount of energy.
Beach rides still allow you to transfer skill points from one skill to another. You can pick skills for each horse.
If a horse is on a ride in the area where its equestrian center is located, it will earn or trade skills points twice as fast.

Competitions page overhaul

More data is visible on the competitions home page, such as: difficulty level, rosettes if they are enabled, the number of times a contest has been run...
The Manage button will allow you to edit the parameters of each competition.
Getting replacement calves for cutting is now automated for everybody.

What's next...

Here is an overview of what we are planning next.
We will provide further details on each feature as the release date approaches.

Your equestrian center's location defines the main resource you can gather: Sand (beach), Iron (mountain), Wood (forest)
Production cycles are added to allow harvesting, item crafting and item selling.
You can breed cows to produce leather.
Item crafting is now handled via workshops
You can now add improvements to existing infrastructures in order to improve their quality or performance.
Lessons are now called missions. Missions are an opportunity for horses to earn skills, for the horse owner to earn Equus, and for the equestrian center to earn resources.
A tutorial is available upon creating an equestrian center.
Workhorses are added to the game
Complete overhaul of the Secret Market
And possibly other features that will come along the way

So... we cannot delete or reset our EC's without resetting our accounts than later on? That really isn't fair. I don't like the idea of reserves merging either, well actually its a default smiley (y)/default smiley (n) for that one. But seriously? I really do not like that idea that you have to delete or reset your EC without doing the same option to the player's account.
