I don't think the No they were not. Kinda bland last year. Lots of little changes and shows in the info under the spoilers that Howrse does listen to comments made during the surveys.

 I found last years to be pretty straight forward and not that difficult. I believe I spent about 20 passes using the special offer and getting a two for one is going to be nice.

The daily limit for points achieved (10) will be replaced with maximum of 30. 2) Do not let your old horses die for passes. Keep them, as there will be new Divine horse, which will be achievable only, by sending old horses to heaven. --If you send to heaven 10 horses, older than 25 years, you'll get new Divine. (More infor from Ow next week.) 3) New rakings "Number of horses sent to the heaven this month" - This ranking will count EVERY HORSE sent to heaven, no matter it's age since 1. of every month. "Number of old horses sent to heaven this month" - This ranking will count only horses OLDER than 25 years, sent to heaven since 1. of every month. "Number of horses sold to Safe Haven this month" -This ranking will count EVERY horse, no matter it's age, sold to Safe Haven since 1. of every month. |

Since it is in voting and testing mode on just three servers I highly doubt anyone can confirm any details. We can only speculate and that often leads to incorrect conclusions and a lot of anger that may just prove unsubstantiated in the end.

I personally find it hard to believe that these changes could be accepted, due to the stigma surrounding the Safe Haven and even the Heaven.

I'm all very confused about that proposed site update information in the spoiler, but I assume the November date is related to the testing server release? so we should have more information then?
anyway I have lots of pass horses ready to go, so they will still be sent to heaven in 12 days when my 30 days are up!

Right now what you are referring to is being "voted" on in 3 servers.What this shows is that the Howrse team has not made a final decision on anything. Howrse has listened to us before where an overwhelming negative response has been received. Sometime it is modified sometimes not. The International is a good idea of assumptions and speculation gone overboard. If we want to discuss something the the promo after next carries more interest for me and IS in testing right now. Next promo is.... Click to display  Click to display after halloween is the cards and the realease of the celtic divines   Changes also coming. Click to display Timed items in promos are no longer and the timed gifts certain divines bring will also no longer be timed(Aquarius, Gemini and Libra). However, the trade off will be that certain items are no longer exchangeable(the bonus items: spurs, bell boots, lunges and whips) and it looks like the Seal Of the Apocalypse, Hermes Staff, and the Bewitched Pumpkin will *not* be exchangeable anymore. The Magic Hat, Ow's Ray and Double-Faced Medallion(see trick or treat promo info on that one) will *not* be exchangeable, so no change there, but they will *not* be timed either.
