When does
Click to display The Celebration start? Will it be on a Thursday like usual or something different? And how long will it go for? |
I posted this before but it was only a suggestion not a potential feature as howrse doesnt exactly listen to ideas from others but...---
Click to display Howrse you should make a cultural diving series not just a Maori divine series. A horse based of a legend/real life story from each country in the world. That will take time to do this I realize this but it will also stop you from making so much divine series horses coming out to fast.. just a thought

Click to display Tūmatauenga Tāwhirimātea, Tāne, Tangaroa, Rongo Haumia Click to display Tāwhirimātea - is the God of wind Howrse already has one similar I don't know why we need a new one. Tūmatauenga- God of war, Howrse already has one similar in the Celtics divine series Tāne or Tāne Mahuta as others call him - God of the forest and birds . Howrse you have this don't you?? Rongo - God of the Kumara. Haumia - God of wild crops. And brothers with Tāwhirimātea. Don't we have a vegetable kingdoms divine series ???? Please howrse stop this. No one one will even know how to pronounce these Māori names at all. And The word Mana to me has two meanings Magic or Heart. What one are you trying to convey howrse??

Click to display Mana ( from heaven) to me means a bread of some sort. Taken from the Bible. My point is, this is a game and in every culture there will be an overlap of beliefs. That there are already divines with the same meaning simply proves that in spite of civilizations growing with vast distances between them, we all somehow end up believing very much the same.

To flesh out the above post, a repost of my own post over on UK version: The newest promotion: Click to display The Great Challenge is making a comeback, but instead of the lottery we all know, we will be getting the Derby instead. The amount of horseshoes earned in the GC will determine how many races can be run per day in the Derby. Of course, players can work on daily objectives to earn horseshoes, and this will determine each players' access to HOP offers once the Derby begins: By the way, I say that the divine will be in the horns of plenty. 5 horns of plenty = 6 (from 40 irons) 4 horns of plenty= 5 (from 80 irons) 3 horns of plenty= 4 (from 115 irons) 2 horns of plenty= 3 (from 145 irons) The next Divine, the newest of the Plant Kingdom Divines: Click to display "Caryopsis is one of the Plant Kingdom horses. She can be watered instead of drinking. This horse's skills increase when you give them Droppings. The skills increase depends on the amount of Droppings the horse is given, as well as the season in the game. When she reaches 80 skill points, she can be pruned. Her skills will then be reset to 0, but she'll give you 1 x Pass Seed! This mare cannot be sold." New page feature for Divine families: Click to display A new page for special horses! Discover the page of special horses We have just created a new page bringing together all the families of special horses of the game. It gives an overview of all the families that exist and allows to access the dedicated page of each one. This page aims to highlight the divine horses but also to allow you to see them at a glance, or even to discover new ones that you did not know before. So you will not need to go to Ow or other players to find information about a specific divine horse. This page allows you to find it much more easily. You already know the pages for Maori, The horses of Etria, the horses of the Plant Kingdom, the Celts, the Egyptians, the Zodiacs and the Legendaries. For the launching of the page of divine families, we have created a page for the Wind Divines and for the Wilds. Other families will follow soon. Go directly to the page of special horses page via the menu "Exploits" or by clicking here. More information as it becomes available Thanks for the info. Looking forward to seeing the Derby! So 2000 skills will give you enough pass seeds to grow a pass

Simbela's post, just a couple above yours explains the next promo awesome! Thanks! |
Simbela's post, just a couple above yours explains the next promo Added information on what is also coming with the next promo Click to display Derby Phase To freshen up the Great Challenge a little bit, we created a new contest for the festivities. The Derby consists of toy horse races where you have to launch a ball to move your horse according to the value of the hole into which the ball fell (very much like the carnival game). At the end of the race, you will get flags according to your result. You can then exchange your flags for gifts. Enter a Race Every day of the contest, you can participate in X races for free (X = from 1 to 4, depending on the number of horseshoes collected by the community during the Great Challenge phase. Note if you do not use your free races, they disappear on the next day. They do not build up. After using the free races, you will have to pay to enter more races. The price starts at 50 Equus and is multiplied by 4 for each new race (with a 300k Equus maximum). This resets during each daily update. Race Running There are 4 horses in each race: one chosen by you and 3 other horses that are controlled by the game. To move your horse, you will throw a ball (by clicking on the 'throw' button) which will land in one of 6 holes. The hole is chosen randomly with an equal probability. The holes have values from 3 to 6, which decides how many steps the horse goes forward. You will repeat this operation until your horse passed the finish line (60 steps total). There is no limit on the number of balls that can be used. You can also choose the 'Automatic' race option if you don't want to go through the whole ball throwing process. The result will be random. Bonus Item There are bonus items in the Derby, called 'Bonus'. They can be used while a race is running, in order to get more chances to win the race. Using them covers the holes with the lowest number to increase the chance to get a good number. You can use up to 5 Derby bonus items per throw, to guarantee that you will get a 6. Derby bonus items can be found: During the Great Challenge phase (when helping other players) By winning competitions with your horses (6 steps per victory, twice a day maximum) Thanks to friends (maximum 5 per day) From UFOs By requesting help from your friends for 500 Equus, up to 6 times a day to receive 1 bonus item. End of Race The race ends when your horse passes the finish line. You will win flags according to your horse's ranking in the race. Gifts and Flags Once you have enough flags, you can exchange the flags with gifts of your choosing on the Gifts page. There are several gifts (from Iron to the new divine Caryopsis) that have different prices in flags. The price triples once you have bought a gift. This page will be open for 72 hours after the contest has ended to leave you enough time to use your flags. Even Caryopsis is available in the gifts, which can be obtained for a large amount of Equus. Definition from my experience and best way to play. Click to display This is the Derby Each day of the contest, the players can take part in races X free. X = from 1 to 4 according to the number of horseshoes collected by the community at the time of the phase of the Great challenge. (Note: if a player does not use his 4 free races, they disappear the following day. There is no office plurality). Then, they must pay to take part in more races. The price starts to 50 Equus, it is multiplied by 4 for each new race (including the automatic races), with a maximum of 300.000 Equus, it is re-initialized with the daily update. The players are registered with a race while clicking on the button “To start”. Then, they choose the horse which they want to register (among 4 colors) and they again click on the button “To start”. You win flags starting at 11 for 5th place going to 15 for first. How to play If the community can get enough horseshoes to allow 4 free races and you do 6 more where you pay that would be 6 races would cost you 38,815 for 7 days. If you averaged 13 flags per race or 130 per day or 940 for 7 days. Since the top prize ( not the divine but the staff ) is set at 900 you could in theory get the top prize. Images Click to display
