Can someone confirm how it says "Two horses with Iris's Coat have a 50% chance of passing the item on to their foal if the mare is covered when she's 30 years old." Does this mean the chance is only at 30 years once covered to get the coat or is there a chance to get it before 30? And once over 30 years is that it no more chances?
