[Known Issue][May 2025] Ongoing Performance Issues



HellOw everyone,

Thank you to everyone who has reported issues within the game after the maintenance yesterday.

We would like to assure you that we're working to resolve these issues as soon as possible and ask for your continued patience while we continue investigating and applying fixes to the game.

I've listed a few of the most common issues below:
- Game lag,
- Game slowness,
- Delay in receiving password reset emails,
- Delay in receiving verification emails,
- Horse competitions becoming stuck "In progress"

Please know that the above list is not exclusive and is only the most frequent issues being encountered by our players.

The system is not giving the 10 p with two wins with Jupiter.

As this has happened on another server and only started today I assume it is a glitch because of the migration.

Also the reindeer comps cannot enter comps due to the button being greyed out.

Now normally this grey out lasts for about 5 minutes but yesterday and today it took an hour.

Daily Objective number 2 is constantly changing WITHOUT giving a chance to validate successfully completed objective and granting the 20 pass reward. default smiley (n)

This happened to me also.

If you do both objectives the objectives don't seem to reset. If you do one and wait to do the other then things like that happens.

Again today my Jupiter did not pay out the 10p with 2 wins.

Mine changed 3 times today which is really annoying!

The problem with Jupiter seems to be fixed. Today I got the passes.

Another issue i've been noticing. Sometimes when I get a AP ufo and click on it, it gives the "maybe you saw something" pop up. I've only ever noticed it with AP ufo's. A bit annoying as I only ever go for those

As you're aware, all our servers were migrated in the past weeks.

This caused some issues, such as:

Low performance (lag, slowness);
Deleted horses' histories;
Unavailable payment methods;
E-mails from Howrse are not being received;
Inability to log in;
The daily objectives were reset;
Special horses are not providing their gift;
The Pieces of Cloud Pack from the May Packs are not working;
The ranking is not updated on some versions.

While some of these issues were already fixed, others are still under investigation.

Please note that our team is focused on resolving all reported issues. While we do not have confirmation regarding potential compensation, our team will assess compensation on a global scale after the issues are resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate everyone's patience!

Hello,

Today, all the servers underwent maintenance to address the performance issues.

We have already received positive feedback from multiple players. Can you please let us know if the server performance (lag, slowness) is better or resolved for you?

And now that this was addressed, the team will continue tackling the rest of the issues, for example:

Unavailable payment methods;
E-mails from Howrse are not being received;
Inability to log in;
Special horses are not providing their gift;
The Pieces of Cloud Pack from the May Packs are not working;
The ranking is not updated on some versions.
And a few others...

Please note that once the main problems are resolved and the game has stabilized, we will work on compensation for all the issues that happened in the past weeks.
