Great pairings ~ Too bad Celestial Breath has no ground to walk upon, but the coat's magnificent.

I was hoping the clouds were flat enough to make it look like she was walking on them, but I couldn't quite get her low enough...

Problem is compared to her body, her hooves' tone is very strong.
I think if you can center her on the cloudy middle, align with the ridges, it'll actually look like she's quite poised.

Nice combo's, Epona - I especially like The Memory of Trees; I like that background, but I've always found it an awkward one to match with anything.

I'm not fond of riding horses placed on grass, but the colour matches are splendid.

Pale Star is gorgeous, Aposiopesis too but I would've switched the coat around to come head to head with the dragon and tail flowing close to the bubbles.
The rest of'em are pretty but not very convincing to me, floating or failing at colour-scheme to my taste.

well sometimes we have to compromise - I spend hours searching out rays, and don't always find the match I would like!  With Aposiopesis, the coat isn't in quite the right position for the story I see, of him escaping past the dragon (not going towards it), but I still like it...

The system of choosing the rays dosent help much either, pick one and the best bits disappear under the advertising box etc. or the horse cant be positioned correctly, or it looks nice tiny but the big version is a disappointment.
He fits your story the the choices are lovely, and i love the donkry with his basket of apples in a field of fruit. I love sterlings background, i used it on my dew and shy fits well with his background
