i sure didn't get very far again

It was ok, a bit boring though.

Does anyone remember when you completed the objectives on your own horses for this event? I liked that much better as it felt like I was actually achieving something and improving my own breeding farm. It just feels like a chore to be caring for and training horses that inevitably leave after the event has finished.

The event was fine I do think the prizes could of been better like Hops,TCs,GFs kinda thing, I do like doing the event on the wanderers because they end up as great comp horses and are able to bring in a good pile of money if your competing them daily during the event.

Found it funny that I won Red Giant and in my books he is a useless divine like I dont mind the Helios ray but would of preferred a different prize to be won from him.

@Luinote I do remember when the event was your own horses I believed it was changed cause of new players/players with barely any horses so it was always a struggle for them

I say bring back using your own horses to complete the tasks. I found it a totally tedious waste of time having to enter a zillion competitions. Unless this competition is overhauled to have the choice of using your own horses then I will not be doing it at all.

I'd much prefer this version of the wandering horses promotion over the original. It's actually achievable for most players, especially those who may not have a large variety of horses to work with. Out of the Howrse servers I'm on, I think there's only one where it wasn't completed - simply because I had really bad luck with the wandering horse ageing points (missed by 4 points).

The "enter horses in x competition" mission on the original version of this promotion depended on how many horses you owned. If players had over 1000 horses, it meant we had to enter up to 1000 competitions. Other missions were simply impossible for newer players. This version is at least fair to all. Sometimes they can even help with the daily missions, which is a lovely bonus.

It was nice to see a reminder of the community wandering horses used in previous versions of this promotion.

I agree I like this version so much better cause I remember the days of having to enter so many competitions when you have 2k plus horses, I think I would like it where maybe you could do both enter with the wanderers and your own horses but if I had to choose I would take this version of the event over the old one

I was lazy and didn’t bother I knew I wasnt going to manage to get the end prize so I didn’t worry about it. I think the event was alright and it was a very interactive event. I did want the coat prize but again I was lazy. I probably could’ve gotten it if I put more effort in

This promo iteration was fine but just so boring… would be nice to have a new promo for a change
