This is my current pride and joy Arabian Nights. Hope the link works!

The reason he (and crosses I've done before like him) is so special is because I've cultivated a line of Hunters that have been "genetically altered" from the base stats of the Hunter breed. When crossed with outstanding Gallop lines they make superb Reiners (though my purebreds on their own at 5600 GP destroy all Rein comps default smiley :-)) ) He even came 13th in this week's Prix, losing out to horses with >1000-1600GP higher by only a few percentage points.

Dressage and stamina are naturally the highest stats for a Hunter but I took the breed 5 years ago and using a LOT of time, resources, perseverance and frustration default smiley (lol) selected for small, almost indiscriminate but better gallop stats over stamina. Initial range of difference was 10 GP points between them, and I've managed to flip them and keep it to about 5 points over many years by only selecting for the best gallop stats (and dressage, for practicality). Also, due to game code, these changes could be wiped out in a few generations if I don't keep selecting for high gallop foals, so my work to create top Reiners is always in peril (how exciting lol)

I only bring up my breeding achievements because there might be someone out there who wants to find their own niche but doesn't realize something so simple can have such significant outcomes. There is huge challenge in being so ambitious so you've gotta love your niche, but amazing things can come from it. Just wanted to share! default smiley ^)

I bought this horse from a quitting player on direct (Thats what I am assuming because they sold it for 500e)

It has a black goat... I read a while back what these different animals/pets on horses were, but I have forgotten

A reminder..? And what might she be worth?

Thanks default smiley (l)

I have quite a collection of HoG's - As far as I know I have the only copy on this server of one of my own, a cat called 'Loosely Wrapped'. I would love to know if anyone else does have a copy! (I can't remember if I've already posted to ask)

Gaff how do you know it's the only copy? I've been quite interested looking at the different HoG companions and their coats

I don't know for sure - it's just that it was the only copy used right before they removed them from the game

If you mean out of wilds/chimeras,

Possibly https://au.howrse.com/elevage/fiche/?id=2576681

It is one of the newer Chimeras so has a high GP, and is well trained. Hard to see if there's a higher one though

All the retired breeders at the start of the topic oop. I'll never get to see the 800kg howrse or the 70kg one
